"I'm having terrible experience with them, you should read and judge at your own how unprofessional and incompetent are they. They added health and disability insurances and removed my son from the auto policy without knowing me but on my expense. I have paid to date more than double the amount quoted for six months in the beginning. They do not stop here, state farm cancelled my policy because agent deposit the last payment into wrong account. It is almost two weeks now but Agent does not know what is done after leaving me on the mercy of public transport. Just want to update what happened next, Shirly Perez deposit my payment in wrong account and state farm canceled the auto insurance. They said, will correct, but lied and I had to pay the DMV penalty due to insurance lapse."

He was friendly, informative and most of all he saved me a lot of money (2k a year). I would definitely recommend this office. Ask for Eric! State Farm was as advertised. "State Farm’s agents and employees at Sammy Martinez’s office were very nice and helpful! Although I think there are some phone issues, very hard to hear insurance agents over the phone. Almost every other word keeps getting cut off and the sound was delayed. Even with some phone issues, Zerlinda was able to assist me and answer all my questions regarding auto insurance policy discounts and billing & statement questions. She attentively listened to all my concerns and provided her answers professionally. Great customer service and great doing business with State Farm! 👏🏼"
